71 year-old female with lower back problems. I'm having surgery on June 20th this year.

No problems except, driver was supposed to bring in the house and refused, saying, we do not put packages inside. Sat out in the heat all day until my son got off work and came over to put chair in the house and set it up.

Comfortable yet firm. Most attractive lift chair out there. Nice detailing. Doesn't look like a big honking senior recliner. Fits in decor nicely. Great color selections. Well made. Solid. |

We were not expecting the lift chair to be so wide but it is the size the sales rep. suggested on the phone.

Chair was suppose to have inside delivery to mom's apartment but it was left at the front desk. They could not contact my mother because no apt. number or phone number was on the delivery ticket. The sales rep. apologized and said it was his fault.

Maybe the sales person can ask if the customer wants a cozy fit or a more spacious fit when they sit in the chair. Mom's chair is the petite wide and she's a little lost in it, but is slowly adjusting to it.
