Pride Caddy Manual Wheelchair Carrier

The Pride Caddy Manual Wheelchair Carrier is a lightweight lift that makes it easier to transport manual wheelchairs. While it normally mounts to Class I hitches, for the low cost of a hitch reducer it can be mounted to Class II and Class III hitches. The vertical hook post and the front caster bracket are removed easily in order to make it simpler to store them. This leaves only the hitch bar assembly on the vehicle, which is inconspicuous.

It's important to be aware that the distance from the bottom of the hitch tube to the ground should not be more than 20". Once it's installed, the Caddy may obstruct the view of the vehicle license plate, so you'll want to be sure you're not violating your local laws. A license plate adapter is not available.
