The Pride Outlander Full Platform Lift is unlike the XL and DE models, in that it is designed with a platform instead of rails. It comes standard with a battery pack, a license plate holder, and wheel chocks that can be inserted anywhere into the holes of the platform. The platform can be loaded from either direction, and is available with either the Scooter Lockdown Arm or the Ratcheting Straps (depending on the user's comfort level and needs). In the event of power failure, manual operation is possible using the included manual crank.
