The Power Tote Mini from Pride is lightweight, powered, and designed for travel-size 3-wheel scooters. It is manufactured to attach to Class II and III hitches. It can also work with a Class I hitch that has a 1.25" receiver size and a 200 pound tongue weight. Because of the shape of its platform, the Power Tote Mini is incompatible with 4-wheel scooters. It secures the scooter using a small lock-down arm with a tie-down strap.
When not in use, the Power Tote Mini can be folded up by hand and locked against the lift frame in order to make it unobtrusive. In the event of power failure, a manual crank is available for use. The tool for the crank is included. The Battery Pack is OPTIONAL, but its low price makes it a sensible purchase, so that customers do not have to perform a hardwire on the lift.

If you're looking for a deal on your power scooter carrier, this is it. It's great for those who just have a 3 wheel scooter and don't need the large platform for 4 wheels. Not having to wire the carrier to your car battery takes away a lot of the hassle and extra work, too.
