| Pros | It's very easy to assemble the back to bottom of the chair. All you have to do is connect the wires properly, by following the directions, and slip the back of chair into the brackets on the base. |

| Service & Delivery | 250.00 White glove service!
CAUTION = It is not worth 250.00 to have some one attach two wires and then lift a 20 # back and slide it onto brackets. Was under the impression that the person would be there upon delivery. NO! you have to CALL,- AFTER the chair has been delivered and un-boxed. Then, the guy will make an appointment to come, within 48 hours. This was not workable for us. AND we now are having a time trying to get a refund for the service we did not use. |

 I am tall, 5'8" and this chair is just so perfect for me. It is so comfortable, and easy to clean if needed. I love my fabric also. It is so quiet and I am in my chair a lot. I highly recommend this chair and model. | |
